Pasta Making Class

Join us for a hands-on culinary experience at the winery! In this intimate pasta making class, you’ll learn the art of crafting fresh pasta from scratch under the guidance of our chef Alessia. From mixing and rolling to shaping your own pasta, you’ll get to experience the traditional techniques that make homemade pasta so special.
Once your pasta is ready, our chef will prepare a delicious house-made sauce to pair with it, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the dish you created.

Join us EARLY on Sunday, August 2nd, from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM for a hands-on Harvest Party where you'll help pick fresh grapes in the vineyard and experience the first steps of the winemaking process.
