These wines will be coming soon

Rose

2023 Rose

Crisp and fruit-forward, this rose is a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec. Made in the “Saignee” method (French for to “to bleed”) we drain off fresh juice from our red wine fermentations before we start the fermentation.

White

2023 Sauvignon Blanc

Bright and clean, this Sauvignon Blanc was fermented coolly and slowly in stainless steel. Tropical fruits and cut grass on the nose, the palate is tart and clean with flavors of guava and pineapple with a soft and creamy finish.

White

2023 Sweet Sauvignon Blanc

Lucious and sweet, this Sauvignon Blanc is our first sweet wine produced. Canned Pineapple and citrus on the nose, the palate is notably viscous and lush with flavors of poached pears and pineapples with a lingering, sweet finish.

White

2023 Estate Viognier

Soft and complex, This Viognier is first vintage from our estate vineyard in Willcox, AZ. Sugar cane and toasted almonds on the nose, the pale is surprisingly creamy with flavors of ripe pears and tropical fruits with a long, nutty finish.

White

2023 Estate Malvasia

Bold and floral, This Malvasia Bianca is the first vintage from our estate vineyard in Willcox, AZ. Jasmine and passionfruit on the nose, the palate delivers bold notes of dried pineapple, guava, and honey with a long, fruit-driven palate.

Red

2023 Piquette

Unusually and easy-drinking, Piquette is not technically a wine. Made by rehydrating grape skins after pressing off the wine, Piquette is much lower in alcohol, but retains much of the flavor and acidity associated with wine. Makes the perfect beverage for day drinking and picnics.
